 * I have replied to SUPPORT-10434
 * The issue is not with the plugin so much as it is with changes in how Facebook
   is verifying Developer apps. Before you go suggesting that I didn’t follow the
   implementation guide, just know that your plugin worked fine for a very long
   time. Facebook caused it to stop working by disabling my developer account. They
   did that because your app doesn’t follow their guidelines.

 * I’ll communicate with you via your support ticket.
 * The biggest problem is the SITE URL setting. Happy to forward the entire email
   chain to your team.

 * Thanks. Apparently it was a DNS issue on my end.

 * I’m running WordPress 2.3.2 on a Windows 2003 box with PHP 5.1 and MySQL 5. I
   noticed the same thing. You can subscribe to blog posts, but you can’t manage
   your subscriptions. Turns out the problem had to do with permalinks. I switched
   back to default linking (i.e. /blogs/?p=123 and now the Subscribe-to-comments
   management feature works fine.
