But Litespeed Cache plugin says it is compatible with Nextgen Gallery, so I’d expect to work with it. However it is not optimizing anything related to this plugin. I’d like to understand if this is some sort of error in my site or it is just the expected behavior with this plugin. I’d like to know if there’s any fix.
As far as I’m concerned Nextgen Gallery does not have its own lazyload. Shouldn’t Litespeed Cache be able to to this?

Correct, the files were uploaded in Nextgen Gallery directly, not media page, and files were saved outside upload directory.
This means I must upload files first to Media and then import to Nextgen Gallery? Will this create duplicate files? The one in media uploads and the one in Nextgen gallery folder?
Regarding lazyload, images are not tagged for lazyloading, so explorer is trying to fetch all the images at once. This is only happening to Nexten Gallery images.
