Hi Takayuki Miyoshi, thank you for your reply.
The issue is that when I integrate the reCAPTCHA keys, some users see the error message I mentioned earlier:
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
If I remove the reCAPTCHA keys, the form works correctly for everyone.I’m not sure if I explained myself clearly — please let me know if it’s more understandable now, and if there’s a way to fix the situation.
Thanks in advance, and have a great day!
Thank you very much for your prompt response!
Everything is clear, but I’m still not sure how to resolve the issue on my end.
Is this a known bug that you’re currently working on fixing?
Without the reCAPTCHA integration, we’re unfortunately receiving a high volume of spam through the contact form.Is there any temporary workaround you recommend while waiting for a fix?
I look forward to your feedback.
Thank you in advance, and have a great day!Hi Takayuki Miyoshi, thank you for your reply.
The form experiencing the issue is located on this page: https://turconicaldaie.it/contatti/
At the moment, we’ve temporarily removed Google reCAPTCHA from the form, and this seems to resolve the issue — the form now works as expected.
However, when reCAPTCHA v3 was active, some users intermittently received the error message:
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”So it seems the issue may be related to the reCAPTCHA integration.
Of course, now that reCAPTCHA has been removed, we are starting to receive spam messages, so we really need to find a solution as soon as possible.
Let me know if you need any further details or tests from our side.
Thanks in advance!
