Right now I’m stuck on mobile and I’m getting it in one browser but not the other. Except one time where I did get it in the other, but when I left and came back it loaded. I have a colleague experiencing the problem who’s on a desktop. And I have a congregant who is also experiencing the problem. So it’s happening across multiple devices, browsers, etc.
FYI I’ve not been ignoring this. The issue disappeared when I turned the plugin off but has yet to reappear when I turn it back on so it’s a mystery for now. Main thing is that everything is working, I suppose! Although it isn’t, but that’s a new issue I’m going to start a topic for. Thanks.
Ok good to know. I didn’t know if maybe they were both trying to use the gallery shortcode? I only halfway know what I’m talking about, haha!
The page that is using both is nhs-cba.org/news but only the Essential Grid is active right now. I’m still in the process of turning plugins back on one by one in order to be sure who the culprit is but have run into a caching issue with Cloudflare. (I know how to fix it but I’m away from a PC)
But Photonic was the last plugin I installed before things went weird. I’d not installed anything new for a few months.
