Thank you for your reply.Since I use jupiterx theme for my websites, I figured that they are bundling in the JET SMART FILTERS plugin which works seamlessly with your plugin.
I suggest you to make this info available somewhere on your website, if you don’t plan yourself to create something like that, so that people know there’s a plugin which does exactly that 🙂

If instead of setting query ID, i filter by taxonomy and term via the UI, it works.
So the problem is only in the Hook/function

It was a caching issue with the hosting provider.So it’s solved.
