ive selected double opt in but recieve no confirmation email to the sign up email address that is inputted
also is there an option to link several forms to mail chimp account?

yes the selected mailchimp list has the exact same fields as the CF7

i have indeed selected a list in the integration settings for CF7.
Every time i try to activate WP log viewer i get a fatal error message
sorry i am a complete amateur at this!
the emails are coming through fine through cf7, its just getting it to speak with MC4WP.
i do have 3 other fields beside name and email:
