Hi, and thanks for the kind words and the thoughtful suggestion!
Quick note on the color switcher: this one actually already exists. You can set a custom accent color under BrikPanel Settings β Appearance (the “Primary color” field). It applies across buttons, focus states, toggles and active highlights. If it wasn’t easy to find, that’s good feedback on its own, we may make it more visible and add a few ready-made presets.
On dark mode: you’re right that it would be a nice fit, and I’d love to have it. To be transparent though, it’s a bigger job than it looks. While a lot of the UI does use CSS variables, a large portion of the colors across the different screens are still set directly and don’t share a single naming system yet. So a clean dark theme means going screen by screen and unifying everything first, otherwise some panels would go dark while others stay light, which looks worse than no dark mode at all. Interestingly, even Shopify’s admin doesn’t ship a dark mode, partly for these same reasons.
So I’ve added it to the roadmap, but I’ll be honest: it’s not something I can promise for the near term. When the timing is right to do it properly, I’ll definitely revisit it.

1- I added the requested setting to BrikPanel settings > Analytics.
2-Solved.

I just added something that fits your case: a role-based setting to hide the orders analytics summary (the 30-day revenue and order-count strip above the orders list) from any roles you pick. It is under WooCommerce β Settings β BrikPanel β Access control β “Hide orders analytics from roles.”
So your stack works like this:
- BrikPanel Access Control keeps branch managers on the orders screen
- Assign Orders limits which orders they see
- This new setting hides store-wide revenue and order totals from them
One honest note: this hides the store-wide stats from branch staff, it does not recalculate them per branch. I did not add the order WHERE-clause filter you described (each manager seeing their own branch’s numbers), because those figures come from a few different sources and I could not promise a clean per-branch result everywhere yet. I noted your request though, and if more people ask for true per-branch analytics I will look at adding the hook.
It is in the next update. Let me know if the hide approach covers what you need.

Thank you so much, this really means a lot to me, I hope everyone who tries it finds the plugin as useful as you have π
Thank you very much; Iβve noted the feature you requested. You can send me your feature requests anytime via this platform, email, or WhatsApp. If the plugin grows further in the future, I plan to create a public roadmap page, but for now, itβs just between us, so feel free to reach out to me directly with your feature requests.
Thank you so much π
