Thank you for the help.
The AC CF7 Form Field Repeater Plugin was the culprit. I have removed it and everything is working fine.

WP Mail Logging,
WP Mail SMTP
I was using W3 Total Cache but I have deactivated it.

I am receiving the same error. I installed WP_Mail Logging plugin and it says the message body is empty.
Please if someone has a fix let me know
