Hey … still persisting with Caffeine … and come across another issue. I have created a standard conversion event for a page they land on after ‘registration’.
The pixel is firing on the page (as per pixel helper) but when I search the source code of the page, there is no standard event code on the page.
Specifically, it just has this
fbq(‘track’, “PageView”, aepc_pixel_args);
}, aepc_pixel.fire_delay * 1000 );
</script>Whereas, I think it should be like this:
fbq(‘track’, “PageView”, aepc_pixel_args);
}, aepc_pixel.fire_delay * 1000 );fbq(‘track’, ‘CompleteRegistration’);
</script>
<noscript><img height=”1″ width=”1″ style=”display:none”
src=”https://www.facebook.com/tr?id=129115367466202&ev=PageView&noscript=1″
/></noscript>
<!– End Facebook Pixel Code –>So, it’s like your plugin is not inserting the standard event code into the page. Please confirm if I should be seeing the code as I’ve described above.
Thanks …

Hello … thanks for getting back to me. I’ve checked and attached another screen shot showing: (1) pixel is firing on the site, (2) pixel fires are tracked in fb, and (3) no data showing on caffeine dashboard.

I can easily live with no data on the dashboard … I just want to be sure that the custom audiences and the conversion tracking are accurate and working properly, and this issue leaves me feeling like there might be some other problem that is effecting the whole thing?

Well, after being directed here by AdEspresso for dedicated Caffeine support, I thought I was communicating with the actual plugin creators … not some strangers on a forum.
So, to be clear to the official creators of the plugin, I am still waiting to have an answer to this question / problem and your support people sent me here and have stopped communicating through the ticket system, saying it was for AdEspresso only, and not Caffeine.
So, again, to the creators of the plugin, you’ve already got my site details if you need to check, and they were submitted securely through your support system.
(It must be a moment starting and ending with “quick to jump to conclusions”)

I’ve already provided a login for you guys … but if you’d like I can re-issue that to you so you can take a look.
Here’s a screenshot of that … from just one of the sites.

Absolutely. It’s the first thing I checked. I’ve also been in communication with Camille about this through AdEspresso support, but it’s still not resolved, which is why I’ve come here looking for help.
