 * Hi [@thirdmind](https://wordpress.org/support/users/thirdmind/),
 * Thanks for providing further details.
 * I noticed in your System Status Report that you have several outdated plugins,
   including Facebook for WooCommerce (2.3.2, whereas the latest is currently 2.3.5).
   Could you please back up and update your software [per these instructions](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/),
   as there may be an update that might fix the issue you are having?
 * If that does not fix the issue, please could you ensure that you are only syncing
   physical products, as Facebook’s [Commerce Policy](https://www.facebook.com/policies/commerce/prohibited_content/subscriptions_and_digital_products)
   prohibits selling non-physical products on Facebook. Facebook support may not
   have mentioned that, as it is an issue that needs to be resolved on the WooCommerce
   side.
 * Please let us know if that fixes the issue or if you need further help!

 * Hi [@cleggerama](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cleggerama/),
 * Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with
   Stripe and WooCommerce Subscriptions.
 * Per the forum policies, we handle support for premium plugins like WooCommerce
   Subscriptions on our own platform. We may also need to ask for sensitive information
   about your Stripe set up, which we would not ask you for share on this public
   forum.
 * For these reasons, please contact us at [WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support](https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket).

   Also, please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of
   what’s already been done. We will be able to help you further there.

 * Hi [@triskell](https://wordpress.org/support/users/triskell/),
 * Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting
   your site’s plugins to work correctly.
 * > Undefined index: verify_cf7 in /srv/www/launet.net/www/wp-content/plugins/zero-
   > spam/integrations/contact-form-7/contact-form-7.php on line 113
 * This error is related to the WordPress [Zero Spam](https://wordpress.org/plugins/zero-spam/)
   plugin’s integration with the [Contact Form 7](https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/)
   plugin.
 * I recommend disabling the Zero Spam plugin to see if that fixes the error. If
   that does fix the error, please reach out to the Zero Spam plugin’s developers
   and support community for further help at: [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/zero-spam/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/zero-spam/)

 * This error indicates an out-of-memory caused by the [Fusion Page Builder](https://wordpress.org/plugins/fusion/).
 * You may be able to fix the error by increasing the WordPress Memory Limit. I
   recommending following these instructions that explains a bit more about the
   error and how to fix it: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/)

 * [@abonosir](https://wordpress.org/support/users/abonosir/) thanks for the screenshot
   and for letting me know you are still seeing the same error.
 * Based on the information you have provided so far, I suspect the issue may be
   caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
      The best way
   to determine this is to:
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    - Repeat the action that is causing the problem
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure
   out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by
   one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. [You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)`

 * The **free version of UpdraftPlus** should allow you to move your site: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/).
 * It’s not as simple to use for moving your site as the other plugins, but the
   free version allows exporting to **Dropbox, Google Drive, FTP, S3, Rackspace,
   and Email**. It may generate the backup files on your server before transferring
   them, however.
 * Once you have the backup, you can restore it on your client’s server using the
   same plugin.

 * Hello [@hormem](https://wordpress.org/support/users/hormem/),
 * Have you tried **disabling the security plugin** you mentioned in [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/heavy-and-slow-site-security-blocks-remote-ip-for-support/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/heavy-and-slow-site-security-blocks-remote-ip-for-support/)?
 * It’s possible that the plugin has **blocked access** to certain locations, such
   as India where the KartPul theme’s developers are located ([https://www.templatemela.com/](https://www.templatemela.com/)).
 * If disabling the plugin **doesn’t work**, please try **contacting your web host**
   to troubleshoot this issue further. Your hosts have firewalls that may also have
   blocked access to certain IP addresses that may **not** allow the developer’s
   to access your site.

 * Hello [@the_managuer](https://wordpress.org/support/users/the_managuer/),
 * Gilles, hope you’re safe and well too! Did you make a **full site backup** before
   emptying files from the database?
 * I think this issue may be related to **WordFence** rather than the database.
   You said:
 * > After I disabled wordfence as I have put the 2-step authentication, nothing
   > works, can’t access the blog
 * I recommend asking for **help** at [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordfence/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordfence/)
   so the **WordFence** **developers** and **support community** can help you further
   with this.

 * Is [https://www.richardthegardener.co.uk/](https://www.richardthegardener.co.uk/)

   the auto-update feature, which could be why it isn’t working.

 * Hello again [@60secondz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/60secondz/),
 * My **web browser’s developer tools** show that there are **JavaScript errors**
   on the page:
    [
 * That seems to be the **code** for the **asterisk windows** you mentioned. **Do
   you know what plugin you used to create this feature?**
 * **One option to fix this** is to try **deleting** the cache from **WP Fastest
   Cache ** then **disabling** all its features.
 * When I was troubleshooting this issue, I also noticed that the images are **not**

 * It seems like the images are **not** on the server or at the correct URL, as

 * Hello [@60secondz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/60secondz/),
 * **All** of your sites **content**, such as posts, is **stored in the WordPress
   database**.
 * The **“Delete”** feature **prevents** you from **accidentally erasing** posts
   permanently. They go into the **“Trash”** instead. That way, you can delete them
   permanently **or** restore them if necessary.
 * **To empty the “Trash”**, which will delete the relevant database entries, please
   visit the **Posts > All Posts** and **Pages > All Pages** sections in your **
   WordPress Admin** dashboard. Then select **Trash**:
    [
 * Once on the **Trash** section, select the **Empty Trash** button and all the
   posts/pages stored there will be **deleted permanently**.
 * Please note that WordPress may also be saving **revisions** of your pages/posts,
   which will also **increase** the database size. There might be **other content
   types** stored in the database that aren’t used anymore, like orphaned post meta
   that are no longer attached to any post.
 * You can follow this guide, which explains **how to clean up your WordPress site**:
   [https://www.dreamhost.com/blog/guide-clean-your-wordpress-website/](https://www.dreamhost.com/blog/guide-clean-your-wordpress-website/).
 * **Please make sure you have a full site backup for before attempting anything
   like this: [https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/](https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/).**
 * If you site is **still sluggish** after cleaning, you’ll need **better hosting**,
   preferably a **managed WordPress hosting plan** that’s optimized to get the best
   performance out of WordPress. However, judging by this front-end **performance
   test**, your site is **already** optimized and loads quickly: [https://gtmetrix.com/reports/graphic-design.com/iF8sNi2f](https://gtmetrix.com/reports/graphic-design.com/iF8sNi2f).
   I recommend **contacting your web host** to help you further troubleshoot why
   the back-end is so slow: [https://portal.hostgator.com/login](https://portal.hostgator.com/login).
