I am receiving this error when trying to build my sitemap in the plugin settings.
My website is http://www.norcalrunning.com
“There was a problem writing your sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable. “
“There was a problem writing your zipped sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable.”
I have reset the permissions in my files on hosting server in the file folder for this plugin.
I have de-activated all plugins then activated this plugin. Still have error message.
Is this enough information? I would really love to have the plugin up and working.
