    This appears to be working fine now in 2.1.7, I will test it in the live environment over the next week to see if the issue occurs again.

    I am using PHP version 7.4.20, and have rolled back to W3TC 2.1.2 with no issues, anything above that I get the media upload error on all the multisite sites. I am not using other plugins for the CDN or images other than W3TC. I suppose there is something in the new AWS library that is causing this issue.

    I have downgraded to 2.1.2 (everything works perfectly with S3+Cloudfront CDN) otherwise I get the below error when trying to add media to the library:

    Please note that it is not to do with the media size as this happens for any file type and only when CDN is turned on. There were no upload issues before the update.
