 * I am also having this same issue and I’m hoping you can help me get it resolved.
   Just like the original post, the install is stalling on “Add WordPress built-
   in scripts and styles as CJT Templates so it can be used throught Templates Lookup
   form.” I am also getting the console error: “Failed to load resource: the server
   responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error).”
 * I’ve read a number of other support threads related to this issue where the issue
   seemed to be related to security plug-ins installed. My site does not have any
   security plugins installed, so that can’t be the issue. Although, in full disclosure,
   I did misread one of the previous support threads and installed BulletProof security
   AFTER the issue was already occurring. I’ve since removed the security plugin
   and deleted the .htaccess file it created and replaced it with the wordpress 
   default.
