For first way you mention,
I have to added every new quiz id in the footer. For your information, this is my daily work to publish a exam question solution. So, every time added a code to the footer for new post will be hard work.
For 2nd option,
Its much better. But I need to already clicked option. In this option a user need to click the button. But I need a already clicked option which your first option do.

1. Is it possible to added any Quiz or Non-Quiz option to quiz setting?
2. Is it possible to do it with any shortcode for every quiz I published for already clicked option.
3. Actually I want like first visitor come to my post. Then read all the question with answer. After the content I’ll added this quiz by duplicate. And ask user to attend the quiz to check their mark.

So, there will be Quiz and Non-quiz option in a post. It will better if it do with shortcode. I added short code in the beginning of non quiz which make this quiz already clicked. Then after quiz add short code finish.
Then add normal quiz.
Something like;
[shortcode-start]
[HDquiz quiz = “43”]
[shortcode-end]
[HDquiz quiz = “44”]

I need a this kind of Pre Answered option without taking any exam. It will be a question solution post.
