I found the solution. 1. Go to [https://example.com/wp-admin/options.php](https://example.com/wp-admin/options.php) in your browser, with your site’s URL instead of example.com, of course. On this“ All Settings” screen, you should see a list of internal WordPress configuration data, the so-called “WordPress Options”, with input fields to change their values. Be advised that this is a powerful tool, so please proceed with caution. 2. Scroll down to web_stories_previous_db_version. And Change that number to 0 (zero), but please be very careful to not remove the surrounding quotation marks or other characters! (In my case was 3.0.13) 3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Save Changes” button. * (Note that the number after “plugin_options_db_version”: that you changed to 0 will have changed to its original value again, which is the correct and expected behavior.) * The plugin back to work. Luckyna I uninstalled the WP Clean Admin plugin and also uninstalled the web stories plugin. After that I ran the Roles and capabilities plugin again with all plugins disabled. The same behavior continues. Is there any other procedure we can try?
