In reply to: [Clone] Internal server errorHey i just tried to do the download of the ZIP file and upload through my FTP, but i tried the download 3 times after refreshing the window and deleting old back ups ect and it just keeps coming up with this: The requested URL was not found on this serve.
Therefore the file didn’t download properly so I can’t upload to FTP.Any help you can offer would be great. Thanks again, thus far you’ve been great 🙂

I had the same issue, Can you help me?
The size of mine was 18.9MB.
I thought maybe the backup failed as well, so I deleted the back up, logged out of WP account. Re-logged back in did a new back up URL file – copy and pasted that one and the same error occurred.Hoping you can help me work this out so I can restore this URL backup to a new WP location.
