Ignore point 1. I just changed the settings in woocommerce. I didn’t realize it was taking the settings from there.

For point 3, it decided to start showing figures when I changed the toggle in settings to 30 days/7 days and back again, however the figures in statistics tab for this month are not the same as in order details. It’s not adding the figures up correctly. This month should be 4 transactions. The total price and total discount price is taking figures from three of the transactions, but even then the figures are incorrect for those 3. The total commission price is taking the figure from all 4 transactions and is correct.
