Okay, so I rebooted my server and everything is showing up now. Everything is resolved. Thank you.
Well after googling around, it looks like WordPress creates different sizes of media by default. So all these file different size versions are perfectly normal. I also checked the directory where media is kept and sure enough the non-offloaded media is saved in various sizes.
This brings up another question for me. Does the plugin count 1 image and its multiple versions as one offload? Or is each individual version counted as one offload? Thanks again!

I was staring at the computer screen too long and missed the “Save All Points Awards” button. Gamipress and layout of the controls is great and intuitive. I am looking forward to customizing the plugin to meet my needs. Thank you for quick response!
Well, I figured out the problem. I was “saving” the award point settings by “Updating” the page in the upper right-hand corner. What I should have been doing is “Saving All Points Awards” (blue button) at the bottom of the Points Award box. Hope this helps someone else…SMH.
