Thank you. I think this is resolved now. I’ll open a new thread if I see it happening again.
Thank you, I’ll ignore it now while I wait for an update. I saw it on a site that’s still in development and not live yet, so hopefully it’s fixed before we need to launch.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Awful Spinning IconsOkay, yeah, I think maybe people must have lower standards because those icons are pretty bad. I think you might have more users if you removed those because I was close to removing it and using an alternative before I decided to wait and use CSS as a temporary measure.
I’d encourage you to add this to your roadmap.
I’m going to look for an alternative plugin.
Thanks

In reply to: [WP Activity Log] Fatal error when updating to 5.4.0Thanks for the update. I reinstalled it and it seems to be working normally now without any errors.

In reply to: [WP Activity Log] upgrading to 5.4.0 gives fatal error, then works fineI have deleted the plugin now as it was a production site during launch. All I know is, I waited 5 minutes and it was still showing a critical error until I went into FTP and deleted the plugin.
Sorry I can’t be more helpful right now. If you haven’t got to the bottom of it, I’ll try and have a look later in the week when I have a bit more time.

Hello, I sent the support email on the 21st of April but still haven’t heard back.
Please can you check that?
I’m using the pro version but can’t login to the website. When I try and pass the math captcha, it fails, I tried 4 or 5 times to reset my password.
I also sent an email to support@

In reply to: [Core Rollback] Restore works but breaks passwordHi Andy, okay, good to know and thanks for the explanation.
It might be worth updating the plugin description to warn people that this will happen.
We can mark this as complete. I appreciate your help.
No problem. Thanks for confirming.
Thank you. It would be good to get a little info tooltip in the plugin next to these settings so when turning them off you are warned to check the .htaccess.
This issue is resolved now. Thanks

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Exessively Sized Tmp FileOkay, thanks. I have sent you a DM on there.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Exessively Sized Tmp FileOkay, so I updated the plugin again and it seemed like maybe that had fixed it. I checked daily to see if this file had grown out of control. The file grew slowly for the first handful of days, it was a few MB, but I checked again just as I saw this message come in and it’s 13GB.
I checked actions under WooCommerce – Status – Scheduled Actions
Firstly, I see 1,316,161 items.
If I filter using pinterest-for-woocommerce-start-feed-generation I have 345 items. Going through a few pages of the results (annoying this WooCom page doesn’t allow you screen options to increase per page to 200) but I don’t see any errors.
If I go to “Failed” and search for the above I have 0.
I checked pinterest/jobs/generate_feed/chain_batch – Failed (13208)
pinterest/jobs/generate_feed/chain_start – Failed (0)
pinterest/jobs/generate_feed/chain_end – Failed (0)
So the issue appears to be with pinterest/jobs/generate_feed/chain_batch
I can’t tell if they are recent or legacy issues? Also, is it good practice to clean these up from time to time? Does it take up database space?

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Exessively Sized Tmp FileAh, okay, I thought it would surely take hundreds of thousands of products to build up a file that big.
I deleted it last night, I just checked and it’s 12GB now. So I just deleted it again.
I didn’t set up or build this site, I have inherited it and I’m trying to get it under control.
The only part of the site that’s excessive is their media library, which has 28,000 images. I’m currently in the process of using Media Cleaner to try and bring that down to just the images still used on the site and set them up with protocols to do annual maintenance on things like this.
I did update the plugin to 1.4.14. I have just updated it to 1.4.15.
I then deleted the xml file and waited about 30 seconds, refreshed and it’s already regenerated and at 12MB, is that normal.
Does this plugin just run permanently? or does it run once a day etc? Maybe I need to get better acquainted with the settings to slow this down.
Shall I wait and send updated status logs from WooCommerce?
I have a staging site and this file doesn’t seem to generate there and grow for some reason but it does on the live site.
Any other thoughts or things we could try?
I appreciate your time and help with this.
