Somehow this thread got marked Resolved, but the issue remains. How can that flag be removed? Thank you.

The current site runs at http://localhost/dev/owp — I see the blog and can click around. When using the admin, I go to http://localhost/dev/owp/wordpress/wp-admin. The admin area, apart from Network Admin, works fine.

No, unfortunately. Neither /dev/owp/wordpress/ nor /wordpress/ worked.
(cleared cache and restarted too).
