Yes, PayPal allows credit card payment in their website but they force customer to create PayPal account. I need something simple, to enter cc numbers, details, cvv number and that’s it. The only available processor in my country is 2checkout. They are good but the problem is that minimum withdrawal amount is 300$ and that is too much for me.
And yes, I know for this plugin, I need PayPal Pro account for it, but I use Business.
