    Hi,

Thank you for contacting our support.

About your issue, the Bialty plugin adds Alt tags where it matters for SEO. Meaning that posts, pages and product pages are targetted because the content is specific to a topic ! Category pages often create confusion for search engines as to their meaning, mainly due to the markup and the amount of topics listed.

Now, just to make sure, are you having this issue on a specific post or on a page listing all posts ?

    Let us know

    Hi,

On setting page, you have the option to “replace” current alt tags with your settings!

    Hope it helps.

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting our support.

About your question, it would be very custom to do so (and unique to your case).

    Tt’s not possible.

    Hi,

Thank you for conctacting our support.

About your issue, it’s ok … You can use our plugin (no need to verify your email).

If you get an error, right after installing our plugin, go on setting page, then, at the end, click on “remove settings” + SAVE, uninstall the plugin and reinstall it.

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting our support.

About your issue, we are not sure how to respond to it.

Our plugin is a “Mobile viewer” …. We don’t understand what you mean exactly with this “Css” issue.

Could you please provide more details ?

    Thanks

In this case, you could have simply informed us by email of your misunderstanding.

We do not force anyone to use our plugin. And installing or uninstalling it does not commit you to anything.

With this comment, you do not judge the specific features of our plugin but a mention in its name. We don’t even dare to imagine your comment if our plugin had a bug.

Regarding the mention “+ Woocommerce”, which is not the same thing as “A Woocommerce plugin”, we specify, as we have already been asked very often, that this plugin can be used with Woocommerce ( Whether it is the FREE or PRO version, it is the same plugin). Moreover, we do not hide the fact that, once on the “settings” page, the use of our plugin for the product pages requires an upgrade.

You attribute bad intentions to us and it is regrettable because this plugin, which required a large number of hours of development, is largely accessible free of charge for everyone. But that still doesn’t seem like enough!

We hope that when it comes to your business, your customers will be more flexible (and less binary) in reviewing your services.

    Hi,

Giving us a Bad review because we have a paid version is not really fair. Especially when so many people find it very useful.

But we understand your frustration that not everything is FREE and some parts of our plugin require an upgrade to the PRO version.

    Hi,

We understand your frustration that our plugin has a “paid” version.

Unfortunately, It’s a very common review. Most of the time, people prefer FREE versions for almost everything.

However, we can ensure you that our plugin is fully functional (considering that we have more than a thousand of users).

Our support is also always available if needed.

We are sorry that you wasted your time.

    A hoax ?

This plugin is fully automated …
It’s not possible to make it more automated than what it is !

All internal links are created automatically using Yoast/Rank Math Focus keywords … You have nothing to do ! NOTHING !

Of course, we have a PRO version, as a lot of other plugins but considering our plugin as a “hoax” because of this “paid” version (while the FREE version offers a LOT of very useful & automated features) is really inappropriate.

We understand your frustration that our plugin has a paid version, but that doesn’t reflect the time and energy it generates for the WordPress community.

We are very sorry that you did not like our plugin but we remain proud to have developed such a complete and effective solution in terms of internal linking.

    Why not ?

Apparently, there’s quite a lot of people using it. If it can help people in some ways, why denigrate it?

It clearly does not fit your needs but it does not mean that it’s the case for everyone.

Also, you’re giving us a negative review for something that we did not advertise at all (Fixing issues with the Linkedin Insight tag) as our plan was to help people add it properly to their website (as described).

If you plan is to review the utility of all plugins available in the WordPress directory, according to your needs, it will take a lot of time!

Our turn to say: “Why ?”

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting our support.

About your question, we have never verified if our plugin was conmpatible with this plugin.

Did you try on your side?

Considering that our plugin collects META tag Keywords generated from Yoast or Rank math to generate Alt tags, it may be possible to use it with AIOSEO (probably doing the same thing).

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting our support.

About your question, the reason why we added this note is that some people were expecting our plugin to add Alt tags to the Media Library, in backend, including to images not currently used with content on Frontend (which would be useless – as long as an image, uploaded to the Media library, is not added to a post/page/product page, it has no use for SEO or search engines).

(Also, please note that the backend – CMS – is not accessible to search engines)

Also, as you may know, an image can be used multiple times within a website. Using the same Alt tags for the same images but with different content will confuse search engines (not talking about accessibility here) and will be of no use for SEO. You need your Alt tags to be related to the main topic (keyword) of a page to reinforce the meaning of a content (in order to make sure that search engines understand properly the essence of a post/page/product page).

That’s why we decided to add Alt tags (based on Yoast/Rank Math keywords | Post title, etc.) directly within the HTML code for each page/post were they were identified.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting our support.

About your question, you need to have 1 app-ads.txt file per domain name !

Even if you try to create another one, you will have to name it differently … Meaning that Google will never look for it !

    Hope it helps

    Regards
