 * pa_en is the new language URL right? /pa_en
    The language will be the already
   used en_US
 * The error **The default locale already exists**
    exists even if I try to just
   save something from the current installed languages. For example translation 
   text, and the change never saved.
 * I tried to use wpml troubleshoot tools for clean up but didn’t help.
    Any other
   suggestions?
