Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Attachment details missingThanks Steven! It’s my theme. I’ll contact the developers.
Wow, you can’t afford $5 per month? I’m guessing you’re not making any money from your site. You have the option to manually optimize each image individually, without the plugin. Yep, their descriptions says you’ll get 25mb for free. If you’re properly sizing your images, before using the plugin, then you should be able to get 25-50 images out of the free plan. Maybe more, depending on the size of the original. So, yes, the free plan will work for most. That is, if you know what you’re doing. Which is obvious you don’t.
How big are your 5 images? According to your comment, they are 5MB each! The free plan includes 25mb and should accommodate 25-50 images. That is, if your files are not sized larger than 1,000 pixels wide and @ 72dpi. Are you posting photos, on your site at 300dpi? Are they 5MB each? I hate seeing bad reviews from clueless users. Get a clue on how to properly size your images for the web before posting a bad review. It’s obvious you have no idea what you’re talking about.
The free plan includes 25mb per month. It’s not scammy! Read what you receive and don’t post lies. I’m not affiliated with them in any way. Just hate seeing scammy reviews from users that don’t know how to read.
3 visitors? It has nothing to due with the amount of visitors. If 3 images are 25mb, than your files are too large to start off with. Your images should not be larger than 1,000 pixels wide and @ 72dpi. Anything larger is a too large. The free plan should accommodate 25-50 images per month.

In reply to: [Twenty20 Image Before-After] Display issueI just turned of Lazy Load and that fixes it. However, as mentioned in the previous post, Lazy Load is essential.

In reply to: [Twenty20 Image Before-After] Display issueCould it be something to do with lazy load? Lazy load is activated and an essential part of the way wp rocket works.

In reply to: [Twenty20 Image Before-After] Display issueI understand it will fix itself when you re-size the browser or adjust the slider. However, a new visitor is not going to know this and it will look awful on first view. They are going to think something is wrong with the site. At least I would. Its not very professional.
Are you unable to isolate the cause of this?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Twenty20 Image Before-After] Display issueHi,
Thanks for the quick response. Yes, wp rocket is activated. It happens in the following browsers; safari, chrome and firefox. I do not have I.E. and can’t check with that browser.
