In reply to: [WPAdverts - Classifieds Plugin] Description field is read-onlyThank you, Greg. Turns out there was some kind of conflict with the “WD Facebook Feed” plugin. I deactivated it and everything was back to normal. WPadverts is working fine now. Here’s the error log anyway –

Sorry, one last question – The proposed solution in this thread: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/user-cannot-add-description/ – Is this the same thing or is it totally differnt? Sorry for bombarding you with so many questions. I’m quite new to this whole space.

I have disabled and deleted the other plugin by LittleBizzy and there has been no change, so yes, you’re right! Having them both was pointless, especially since that plugin was a copy of your plugin. I’ve still got yours. I do have a question for you though – is there a settings page where I can disable all those unwanted emojis and bloatware, by any chance? Or does it do all that automatically behind the scenes ?
