Apparently BWP-minify still had some of my CSS cached. Turned that plugin off and flushed cache there… now no CSS in the admin area at all. * Trying second manual install 4.0. No dice. * Getting a “session expired, please re-login” message at bottom of screen. Apparently this happens every time permalinks are changed or WORDPRESS itself is updated. * It sounds like you have clicked the update settings before but maybe not???
