Thanks for GREAT PLUGIN.
I was able to improve page load speed by 3x.
I also made it work with MINIFY tools along with PO.
Now my page load speed is 4x compared to earlier.
It took some time and experiments, to understand various options and how they work in different situations.
But the end result is fantastic and it reflects in my page load speed.

I wanted to disable some plug-ins where the URL looks like this :http://www.xxx.org/groups/XYZ/forum/
where XYZ – is variable.
I could achieve the same using the below expression :

Also using GLOABL PLUGINS Enable/Disable or per page/post enable/disable or defining through PLUG-IN filters results are NOT consistent.
Other plug-ins are still getting disabled automatically.
Don’t know the exact reason.I want to follow a clean method, pl let me know whether it will work or not.
1) Enable ALL PLUG-INS in GLOBAL PLUG-INS settings
2) Enable ALL PLUG-INS in all the posts/pages
3) Create filter for each page/post based on PERMALINK & NAME and select the plug-ins to either enable or disable.Will the above method works?
If PO is used along with MINIFY tools, will it conflict?
I did see some conflict.
Disabling MINIFY tools give the actual page rendering results.

My menu structure below 2 levels and I excluded ‘suffusion’ from JS and CSS as well. As of now it is working fine.
ALso w.r.t suffusion back-end optimization, if I disable in SUFFUSION and enable in AO, site goes for a toss. I have done good amount of CSS tweaking. I did try back/forth between AO & SUFFUSION, eveytime, page rendering was going for a toss.
Hence I permanently ENABLED in SUFFUSION and disabled in AO.
Also I excluded all CSS & JS files of SUFFUSION , child themes etc.
It looks OK as of now.
As rightly said, using any MINIFY tool is NOT a straight-forward job.
Better to do on a DEV site, see the results and if you are happy, implement on PRODUCTION site.
In my experience, good no. of CSS & JS files to be excluded (depending on site-to-site) to get the site working.
What I read in some of the sites is,and in my view, over a period of time, SUPERCACHE + CDN (if you are using – I think it is must compared to MINIFY tools), will perform better than SUPERCACHE + CDN + MINIFY Tools.
Because, over-a-period-of-time, everything will be stored either in browser (local cache) or CDN servers (static resources). Changes to pages/sites will be less than 5-10% on year-to-year basis. It may be different for social networking sites, LIVE BLOGS, music/video sites etc. Otherwise, most of the sites, close to 80% will be static, for the rest of their life, with very little additions to site/pages.
Hence my views.

I’m using WP Super Cache’s CDN functionality and NO other 3rd party tool.
In order to use AUTOPTIMIZE, pl let me know what options, you want me to enable and do the test. So that I can send the results after AUTOPTIMIZE ON.
