Thanks for reaching out. Can you please send us a brief video recording of this issue that you’re facing? This will help our team review your issue in a better way. Do note that if you’re using a Grid View, you can simply drag and drop the file itself in the desired folder. There won’t be a visible drag and drop icon in the Grid View.
Please let me know how it goes.

If you decide to move forward with a purchase and later have any questions related to refunds, please note that we’re unable to handle purchase-specific details in a public forum. Thanks for reaching out. The monthly visitors limit refers to the overall number of website visitors per month i.e., it’s the number of people who visit your site.
Site visitors and page targeting are two different terms. Page targeting is a feature that helps you restrict your Chaty widget to specific pages.
Moreover, the 500 visitors per month restriction is intended for the Chaty app. Chaty app and Chaty for WordPress mark as two separate products.
The differences are:
- The Chaty plug-in for WordPress can be used on WordPress sites exclusively, while the Chaty app can be used on any platform.
- The Chaty plug-in for WordPress can be used for free for unlimited website visitors per month, while the Chaty app can be used for free (for the same features) for up to 500 monthly visitors per month;
- The Chaty plug-in for WordPress can be purchased for a 1-year, 2-year, or lifetime license, while the Chaty app can be purchased monthly or annually.
You can check the full specifications of the WordPress plug-in here: https://premio.io/downloads/chaty/
And here, you can check the standalone app: https://chaty.app
Best,
PatrickThanks for reaching out. We tried to reproduce this on our end but didn’t face any issues while saving. Can you please provide us with the following details:
- The Coupon X plugin version you’re currently using.
- The exact Autoptimize plugin version you’re currently using.
- Any screenshots of the error notices you’re facing.
Alternatively, feel free to contact us via email at [email protected], or if it’s easier, through the live chat on our website at https://premio.io (just click the chat icon in the bottom right corner).
Thanks a lot for your patience on this. Our team is here to help you through this.
Best,
PatrickHey @rosenborg,
I can confirm that we are already discussing this matter with you on our live chat, where you previously contacted us. We have advised you to adjust the settings using the targeting rules available directly in MyStickyBar.
If we need any additional details about your website, we will contact you there. You are welcome to continue the discussion either on this thread or through our live chat.
Best regards,
PatrickHey @blaircomm
Thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm, have you checked the Spam, Promotions, Junk, and other email folders and checked if your contact form leads aren’t landing up in those folders?
Also, our plugin does support reCAPTCHA. We have a guide on it, please see: https://premio.io/help/mystickyelements/how-to-add-recaptcha/
Optionally, you can contact us via email at [email protected], or if it’s easier, through the live chat on our website at https://premio.io (just click the chat icon in the bottom right corner).
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
PatrickHey @ajaabi14
Just to confirm once as the lagosarenaguide.com/faq is giving us an 404 error. Do you mean that you want a section just to display FAQ’s (via shortcode or other ways) without the live chat part? Chatway is primarily a live chat app and displaying just the FAQ’s without the live chat isn’t possible at the moment.
Best,
PatrickHey @ajaabi14
Thanks for reaching out. Can you please try selecting “New Tab” here. This option will be found from your Widget Settings -> Widget Customization -> Frequently Asked Questions. Here’s the image:

Please let me know how it goes.
