Thanks, yes, and you can see from the original post that it tries to start the restoration, but never finds the files.

I clicked on the “Rescan local storage” link, it came back with the same two backups, trying to restore either of these comes back with the same messages as above.

If users are not allowed to login in the free version, how are features such as “Email Sent for Payment Alerts” supported?

In the settings page it lists “Allow users to bid”: “Only if they are logged in”, “Without login as well”. I have it set to “Only if they are logged in”. Is this part of my problem? Are logins supported by the free version? I wasn’t able to find detailed instructions on configuring the free version.
