    Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I forgot about the IP restriction on site login. I’ll amend my post so other people won’t have the same frustrating journey you’ve had.

    I’ve contacted campus IT who are also looking into it. It turns out the site has been moved to a new server which may have caused the problem. I’ll update here if they find anything.
