    Hi @shameemreza

I tried flushing permalinks but did not work.
I checked with my hosting provider that says:
[…] it’s not clarifying that much what could be causing the issues and “server issue” is not relevant. I mean, the server is not directly connected with generated link – if the error was 403, that could be a reason but since it’s 404 – it means that the resources are not found.”

Any suggestions on what could be the cause?

    Hi @shameemreza

    1. how do I know if it’s correct? The link is generated by the system: the only way to check if it’s correct would be download it, but as the issue I post, it doesn’t work so maybe the system does not write the file link correctly?
    2. Done, but nothing change
    3. Done, but nothing change
    4. Done, but nothing change

I don’t add the file to the product (??)

Let me describe the issue again:

In the admin area I go to the Woocommerce menu
I click on “Customers” so I see my Customer’s list (along with their number of orders and value..)
I click on the Download Icon (the cloud icon with a pointing-down arrow next to the customer search form)
The system tells me the report is generating and will be emailed to me
I receive the email from the system with the download link
I click on this link and I get a 404 error
