Hi @kbat82 ,

I tried to disable all the plugins, but it’s the same. However, it’s worked with the default WP theme.

This means there is conflict from the theme that I using.?

Hi Agapi,

Thanks for your guidelines, but no luck for me. I also tried to reset to default setting and same error.

Is it related to server side? For your information, the plugin is Version 1.5.11.
