Just been on the phone to them (used 020 8587 7558, beats paying their 0870 rates). Apparently, ‘they’re aware of the problem’ and will update via email when the situation is resolved.
If all goes back to normal sometime before lunch, I’ll put it down to experience and just change hosting next week. However, if the site is permanently damaged, I’ll probably take some legal action if possible (I really haven’t got the time to manually re-post everything).
