Could you please let me know what versions of WooCommerce and WooCommerce QuickPay you are currently running on your webshop?
Making infinite multiple instances as it is seen on other ecommerce platforms will not be an option unless it will be natively supported by WooCommerce. But supporting the ability to create maybe one extra instance could be possible. It is not a part of the roadmap at the time being though.
