 * Thank you very much for getting back to me so promptly.
    I think this actually
   happened because I updated the theme to the current one.
 * I have also contacted the person that created the theme but they have yet to 
   get back to me.
 * I have also performed your temporary fix and that seems to have sorted the issue.

 * Hey there,
 * I have tried setting different conditions, such as N/A hoping that products marked
   free shipping would just be free shipping. I’ve set a value amount and when that’s
   set the fee shipping is anyways an option in the cart no matter the value.
 * The “show rates in front end” is ticked
 * I’ve tried to access your website but I am getting a lot of warnings regarding
   a dangerous Web page. Is this normal?
