Let me explain it better
I had a domain, which was suspended and eventually deleted.
I back up database using phpmyadmin, but did not back up my wordpress files using ftp. So at the moment, I have only database.
Now the web hosting technical team recreated my account, but it is empty with any CMS let alone my database.
I installed the latest wp and imported my old database. It was successful, I can see two sets of tables in phpmyadmin, but when I go to my domain, it is just the same.
