 * I have just tried installing the v3.1.3 update and I still get a Fatal error.
   In my case I don’t even get an initial call stack or error message. I just receive
   the standard WP error message saying an error occurred and an email is sent to
   the administrator (which I am not, I’m just a dev) and an link to the standard
   FAQ for troubleshooting. The error now occurs when I try to open/edit an order
   that is being refunded or has been refunded, whilst the error before was when
   I tried opening the pdf invoice. Now I cannot access the order page of a refunded
   order anymore without seeing the above fatal error.
 * I tried the rollback to 3.0.7 and then I can yet again access the refunded order
   editing page.
