I followed your instruction and deleted the key “lfc” from the database. After this I reinstalled the latest version of the plugin and activated it. * When I creat a page and enable long form content. When I click on the button the top level domain is shown istead of the page I want to use for the long form content. When I tried to remove the plugin WordPress shows the plugin twice in the confirmation dialogue. * It seems that traces were left in the database.
