I have selected TAR and 25 seconds for max execution time in the plugin settings.
Not sure what was the problem, but with these settings it worked.

That was from duplicator pro plugin.
I have removed that directory from the server.
but I dont think thats the problem, because if I exclude the uploads folder the backup works.
