Hi,
Since the Column Block is still experimental I’ve decided not to support it yet but it’s already available on my development version. I’m just waiting for the Gutenberg devs to fully develop the column blocks 😉 Will probably add this on the next version together with the fixes from your other support thread. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback! Regarding the Tags restriction, this option is available on the premium version : https://widget-options.com/ . Alternatively, you can use the Display Logic and use has_tag() function. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Regarding the theme activation, it’s a default WordPress core feature to lose the assigned widgets since they’re assigned on different sidebar name. You can find those widgets under the inactive section. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Thank you very much for choosing Widget Options! Regarding your concern, WPML has there own widget control that you can check here : https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpml-widgets/ which is the primary reason why it’s not included with Widget Options. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
