Hi,
Thank you for creating a new support ticket. Deactivating/activating the plugin will not affect the widgets on sidebars. Are you sure you haven’t changed the theme? Thanks!

@rondowd you’ll be needing to create, update or delete any pages for the transient cache to be reset. Just edit any page and hit the update button and let me know how it goes. Thanks!

You can check this plugin of mine if you are looking for alternative : Widget Options ( https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/widget-options/ ) which is also available for free on the repository. I’ve also created a migration tool- https://github.com/phpbits/widget-options-migrator to easily move saved widget preferences. You can check the full details and video guide I’ve created here : https://widget-options.com/easily-migrate-display-widgets/
