Thank you for choosing Widget Options. Are you sure you are using the latest plugin version? Below is the line 163:
$hidden = true; //hide if checked on hidden pagesWhich doesn’t have array_exist function. You can delete the plugin then re-download and install it again to make sure you are using the latest one. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Seems like a ww.wp.xz.cn issue. You probably getting that since lots of users are updating there site today to 4.7. You can download the plugin here : https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/widget-options/ using the Download button and install it manually. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Glad it works perfectly. The issue was z-index, just create a class then assign on the widget and add z-index: 9999; as custom css. Widget Options also has fixed widget feature available on the premium version : http://widget-options.com/features/sticky-fixed-wordpress-widgets/ . Looking forward on your upgrade! Thanks!
