I have checked your issue locally and it works fine. see below.
1. I have set a global value for all products and it works fine. see here ( https://prnt.sc/HAHM1ucIot6c ) ( https://prnt.sc/9iP0j_6iK4JJ ).
2. I have also set a value for a single product and it shows fine and added to the cart correctly. see this ( https://prnt.sc/2mdqsNQMFgdt )( https://prnt.sc/va83LV1WZLjy ).
