Hi Cliff – yes.
1. First, do not do this without backing up your database. In other words, back up the database.
2. Delete the plugin (do not cache or use any database sweep plugins).
3. Install a fresh version of the plugin.
4. Go to settings and change your permalinks then change it back.
5. Then clear cache.
6. Open a DIFFERENT browser, login, and detach the event from reoccurring.

I don’t want to attach our license for security reasons here. I was going to email it but I do not have your direct email address. Our Premium License for Royal Elementor Addons is a Lifetime license, but when I try to login to Royal Elementor or Freemius, it does not recognize our email nor our user id. So I cannot check to see if 1.4 is the latest version and if not try to download the latest version.
I do not dare update the overall Elementor until I can straighten this out. Will you provide to me an email address so that I can send over what I have?

Why do you not offer automatic updates on the Premium plugin? I’m fairly positive our account is up to date. I might be overlooking something. Can you give some insight on this.

Greetings again. The issue disappeared when another Elementor plugin automatically updated. That plugin provides the ability to create header/footer templates, so it looks like that other plugin was a conflict, even though I didn’t catch it when deactivating plugins. All is now working as it should be. Thank you for your prompt reply.
Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned in my original post, I do have thumbnails activated, and each category has a category image, so those are not the issue. Do you have any other ideas?

Hi, it’s not a theme customization. I gave that a look-see just in case. It is part of the Wishlist plugin. I can show you a screenshot of your buttons that are unaffected by your built-in text editing function. A few are looped in with the “Default Wishlist” button that appears at the top of the wishlist page when the multiple wishlist option is activated.

Please help. Can you send to me previous version of the software. We use your tabs on every page of this very LARGE government website. All content does not show after your latest plugin update. And the template selection ability on the backend no longer is available. Our license is current. Please we need assistance quickly. Thank you,
