I just tried to save the permalinks, but it made no difference.
If it helps, the website is at phystus.co.uk and all the links were working a couple of days ago.

Effectively, yes – it actually says “Not Found
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.“
Yet the page displaying that message has the right url -according to the edited page. Some menu items are displayed and others not. I’m at a loss!
