 * Thanks d4z_c0nf it was some kind of bizzare cache issue, cleared it out and the
   links work. My next question is, what if that is happening to users on my site?
   I cannot clear their cache and all the extra tabs look bad.

 * Thanks for responding, but all of my links are internal, I also tried toggling
   the setting on and off with no change. Something else is overriding my link settings.
