The CSS on your live site is using the CSS associated with blocks, if you examine the CSS using web browser developer tools.
CSS Hero appears to be a premium product; I would reach out to their support with your issue.

I think this problem will occur regardless of what theme you use.
In any case, there appear to be many plugins that can help you with this issue.
Try searching for mass or bulk replace URLs and you can see different solutions for this problem.

If the staging version of your site doesn’t have any issues with form submissions, then it is likely related to your server; in that case, I would recommend installing an SMTP plugin.
