Thanks for the reference web page. I can see that reference website is also using our plugin News & Blog Designer Pack.
Kindly navigate to WordPress Settings –> Media and under Media setting you can set the size under “Thumbnail size” as per your need. The reference website have 189 (Width) X 100 (Height). Please refer to this screenshot https://prnt.sc/Ki765rV_U7Y2
Note : Once you change it then it will apply to newly uploaded images not the old one.
For older images you can use this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ to regenerate media.

Thanks for providing the web page link. Yes, News & Blog Designer Pack plugin takes
thumbnailsize for the Gridbox layout right hand side section.thumbnailis a WordPress registered media size which you can change it from WordPress settings > Media. Note: Once you change it then it will apply to newly uploaded images not the old one.Can you please let me know what exactly you are trying to achieve? Do you have any reference design or screenshot? It will help me to understand it properly.

Yes, You can adjust the image / media size via News & Blog Designer Pack plugin shortcode.
Actually you want to stop creating file sizes so I suggested turning off from the plugin file.
No Worries. You can find all the shortcode parameters from the plugin overview tab as well as from the Shortcode Builder menu at admin.

Post Slider & Post Carousel plugin have a widget for the vertical scrolling post. Right now there is no shortcode exists for vertical scrolling.

Right now there is no way for this. News & Blog Designer Pack Pro plugin register one image size.
In case you want to turn off it then you can do it from plugin main file.
In case you require the exact line number then please let me know.

”medium_large” is already a WordPress registered media size. Please refer to the WordPress codex link https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/add_image_size/#reserved-image-size-names
You can see the reserved image size section.
Can you please tell me what is the size of your original image?
Can you please provide me your website link? so I can take a look and provide you the custom CSS for it.
