Sorry for the delay. It seems we missed the email notification. Its our sincere apologizes. By the way, we see the screenshot you provide and seems that you are not using our plugin. Because there is no popup UI on our plugin.However, you will find an option on the PRO Version of our plugin to import single category by using the Shopify Category ID. This is a PRO Version feature for our plugin. You will find the PRO Version from https://plugin-devs.com/product/shopify-to-woocommerce-migration/.

Our plugin does not support any shortcode. It is just a widget for Elementor, which is not using any shortcode. So, it will be better if you contact the person who developed the page previously. Because it is not related to our plugin support as wo are not using any shortcode.Thanks

We did not get any email from you, also the PRO Plugin will not automatically charge you. It will cancel your subscription automatically after the license period.Also, as we have about 3000+ free users and about 1500+ PRO Users, they are using this plugin smoothly and we are giving them support continuously. So, there is no chance to be a scam from our end.

Sorry for the late reply. We are back after the Eid holiday, So it takes a little bit time. We tested the plugin with Latest WordPress Version 5.8 and Latest Elementor Version 3.3.1. This plugin is working fine with the latest version of WordPress and Elementor. So, you can update it without any hesitation.Thanks

The plugin is already using by 1000+ free users, and none of them are complaining about the plugin. You are the first one who said the plugin is not good. There are all basic options to customize the free version design. If you cannot identify these options then it is not a fault for us.
I checked your other reviews for other plugins. I see all of them are 1star, which means the following:- you are not likely to give positive feedback to plugins.
- You are not trying to help developers rather than you always try to find out issues instead of giving suggestions.
Please tell us which area we can improve by letting us know your thoughts.
