Current version of this plugin is not compatible with UM 2.0 yet. We are in the process of making it compatible with UM 2.0, however there isn’t an ETA on this yet.

I am sorry about the trouble.
This could be due to WPML plugin, I haven’t tested the plugin with latest version of WPML for compatibility yet.
I will check and let you know.
Could you please check if the tabs working fine when WPML is deactivated ? Please re-save the settings(if needed) once the WPML plugin is deactivated.

Yes, once you add a new tab and set the privacy/display options in the settings, it should be displayed directly in the front-end.
Could you please send screen-shots for the tab settings ?

Some of the shortcodes may not work inside the tab because of it’s implementation and interaction with current page.
However, I have added this into my TODO list. Will check and make it compatible with Ultimate Member Profile Tabs.
